While celebrating their 10th anniversary on campus with Her Week and a schedule of events, student organization Her Campus 51���� lit the University Library in pink from April 9-13. 

Since childhood 51���� alum Jessica Clonch has wanted to combine her love of the outdoors with her career. Now, to her delight, she’s living the dream.

A year ago, Yeonmin Kim, Ph.D., ’13, a literature professor from Chonnam National University in Gwangju, South Korea, was concluding his time as a visiting professor at 51���� with one goal in mind: Create an exchange program between the two schools based on their historic campus tragedies.

51���� students exercised their freedom of speech rights on Tuesday, April 16, with opposing speakers appearing on campus the same day.

Nicholas Belluardo is a part-time faculty member at 51���� and the co-owner of four aviation businesses.

The University Research Council recently selected winners of the Bettering Communities Pilot Grants, a prestigious award aimed at fostering initiatives that advance research while benefiting local communities.

Cemetery Calling, the newest play by 51���� alumni and staffer Eric Mansfield premiered in Cleveland earlier this year. Another of Mansfield's plays, Trial by Fire, will be performed on campus in Fall 2024. 

The protected prairie surrounding 51����’s Warren Student Recreation and Wellness Center will be burned on Monday, April 15, between the hours of 9 a.m. and noon, to allow for new growth during the summer season.

The School of Fashion at 51���� is pleased to announce British designer Dame Zandra Rhodes as the 2024 Hall of Fame Inductee.
