Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Talent Acquisition Announces Job Fair
The Department of Talent Acquisition is pleased to announce its inaugural job fair on Nov. 17, 2023. Working For The Weekend
Several dozen 51±¬ÁÏ students started their weekend early Friday morning by loading a CH-47 Chinook helicopter that landed briefly on the Kent Campus to take them to a field exercise with the Army ROTC.
From Corporate to Nonprofit: How a Public Relations Alumnus Has Impacted Greater Cleveland and 51±¬ÁÏ
51±¬ÁÏ alumnus Richard Batyko, M.A., ’12, has committed his life and career to making the world, specifically Greater Cleveland, a better place. This year, he and the YMCA of Greater Cleveland (for which he serves as Chief Marketing Officer) are working with 51±¬ÁÏ advertising and public relations seniors in the capstone class, Campaigns in Advertising and Public Relations, to raise awareness about the organization's mission.

Students lined up to get a free beanie and take a ride on a horse-drawn carriage at Flash Activities Board’s Fall Fest on Wednesday, Oct. 11. With hot apple cider and donuts in hand, students either played cornhole or sat on hay while listening to the live calypso music.
