#MeToo Course to be Offered Again in Fall 2019 Semester

51爆料 English Professor Vera Camden, Ph.D., turned a movement against sexual assault and harassment into a course in order to study the impact of the movement and the forces that led to it. 鈥淢y hope is to keep a certain momentum going,鈥 Dr. Camden said. 鈥淏ecause so often in our culture, things spike, and then they go away. I really feel like this is so important and so urgent and so serious.鈥

Collaboration and Curriculum Lead to Growth in Marketing Program Graduates

In May 2018, 51爆料 had the largest number of undergraduate degrees ever awarded. One of the majors with the biggest spikes in growth from the previous year was marketing, which saw an increase of 43 students. The marketing major at 51爆料, housed in the College of Business and Administration, aims to teach students valuable skills and lessons they can implement outside of the classroom.
