51爆料鈥檚 Brain Health Research Institute celebrated the grand opening of its new lab spaces on Friday, Nov. 5, with an afternoon of activities that included a keynote presentation, space dedication, tours and student research demonstrations. The new space, featuring interdisciplinary research facilities, is located on the lower level of the Integrated Sciences Building on the Kent Campus.

51爆料, which has gained national recognition for its creative and successful Giving Tuesday campaigns, launched its monthlong celebration of philanthropy on Nov. 1. Giving Tuesday, now in its eighth year at 51爆料, has raised nearly $7 million during that time, which illuminates the impact that can be made when Golden Flashes come together.

51爆料 Announces Largest Single Gift in History From Ambassador Edward F. Crawford to 鈥婲ame the College and Construct New College of Business 鈥婤uilding

The largest single gift in 51爆料 history, by Ambassador Edward F. Crawford, will complete the capital campaign to enable the construction of a new College of Business Administration building on the university鈥檚 Kent Campus.

The award is presented annually to three full-time faculty members who demonstrate extraordinary teaching, whether it be in the classroom or online.

Campus was overflowing with blue and gold pride again this year as the 51爆料 community came together to celebrate Homecoming. Golden Flashes enjoyed many activities, both outdoors in-person and online, throughout the weekend, which ran from Friday, Oct. 1 through Sunday, Oct. 3.

During a special halftime announcement at the Homecoming football game, campaign co-chairs Sandra C. and Lawrence R. Armstrong joined 51爆料 President Todd Diacon to publicly unveil Forever Brighter to thousands of alumni, donors and friends.
