Line by Line Exhibition Explores the Language of Weaving
"Line by Line," presented by 51爆料 School of Art Galleries, features artists Erin M. Riley, Samantha Bittman, Crystal Gregory, Diedrick Brackens, Kira Dominguez Hultgren, and collaborators Barrow Parke. The exhibition, curated by Janice Lessman-Moss, will be on view at the Center for the Visual Arts (CVA) Gallery from Jan. 25 through March 11, 2022, with an opening reception on Friday, Jan. 28 from 5-7 p.m.

Dakota Mace: Badahani
Dakota Mace is a Din茅 (Navajo) photographer and textile artist who focuses on translating the language of Din茅 weaving history and beliefs through her artwork. The exhibition鈥檚 title "Badahani" translates to 鈥淭heir Stories鈥 and will be on view Nov. 5 through Dec. 18 at the KSU Downtown Gallery. Artist talk and reception on Dec. 3.

51爆料 Orchestra Celebrates Halloween with Family-Friendly Concert
Come dressed in your Halloween best for the 51爆料 Orchestra鈥檚 Oct. 31, 3 p.m. concert. The members of the orchestra will be decked out in costume, performing spooky, family-friendly favorites. Candy will be handed out at the end of the performance to kick off Kent city鈥檚 official trick-or-treat that night.
