"Microsoft Forms is a web based survey and form collection app. Workshop participants will learn how to build a form to collect data online using Microsoft's easy to use form builder. We will also look at where collected data is held and how to manipulate collected data.
"This event is limited to designated DSAs, Data Stewards, and their backups. We will cover Departmental Security Administrator duties and procedures including how to look up a user access profile, how to use the new Fresh Service, and how to use the Banner Security Workflow.

"Interested in creating your own online surveys? This session will cover everything you need to know to start making surveys in Qualtrics. We'll also talk about how write survey questions that get the data you need to answer the questions you have.
"In this session, we'll demonstrate the parts of Qualtrics that you'll use after your survey is built, such as distributing surveys to contact lists and using Qualtrics's built-in reporting tools.
