DROP-IN SESSIONS

During these in-person and virtual drop-in sessions, you can meet with academic advising and financial aid, without having to schedule an appointment.

IMPORTANT REMINDER ABOUT ADVISING 

Drop-in advising is a valuable resource for current students; however, it is not intended to take the place of a full advising appointment. If you have not yet met with an advisor to plan for next semester, we strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment. Doing so will ensure you receive personalized, comprehensive guidance for your academic planning.

• Drop-in advising sessions are limited to 15–20 minutes.
• Drop-in advising is focused specifically on Spring 2026 registration.
• Transfer students may begin attending drop-ins on Dec. 15 or after.
• Incoming freshmen will need to attend First Step on either Nov. 19 or Jan. 6.
• You must be able to sign in to FlashLine using your 51±¬ÁÏ login credentials.

GENERAL TIPS BEFORE JOINING A VIRTUAL SESSION

• For best performance, the preferred browsers are Chrome & Firefox.
• A laptop or desktop computer works best for camera and audio.
• A camera isn't required and you can use your phone for audio, if you prefer.
• Sign in with your legal name so we can locate your records.
• Use the chat window to ask questions.
