鈥淏eing able to study abroad in Portugal was an academically eye-opening and cultural experience. Aside from being exposed to different pedagogical styles and administrative practices, I was able to enjoy living in the multicultural metropolis that is Lisbon, Portugal. Right on the Atlantic Ocean, Lisbon provides residents with unequivocal public transportation that can be used to go to the beach, class, or one of the beautiful historic districts in the city (all in the same day!).

On June 23, 1985, Wayne Wittick was tragically killed in an automobile accident. It was a sudden and heartbreaking loss for everyone who knew him. Dr. Bruce Blank, DPM 鈥87, and his wife Diane have recently made a generous gift to establish an endowed scholarship fund at the 51爆料 College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM). This $300,000 gift is the largest individual donation from an alumnus since KSUCPM acquired the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine (OCPM) in 2012. THE WORKSHOP WILL OFFER TWO PARTICIPATION LEVELS:

Participant:

  • Participate in all clinic sessions, discussions and social events
  • Conduct one session with the Chamber Winds, Symphony Band and Wind Ensemble each (30 minutes of podium time) and receive feedback from the guest and KSU clinicians
  • Receive video recordings and feedback of the sessions from KSU clinicians
  • Receive CEU credit for participation (1 CEU/10 contact hours)
  • Limited to 14 participants, a completed bachelor鈥檚 degree is req
