Throughout the month of August, donate clothing at the Williamson House, University Library’s lobby and the Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement building. Then, join us for Restyle: A Kid's Clothing Event and choose from a selection of children’s back-to-school items on Friday, Sept. 5 from 3-7 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 6 from 9 a.m. - noon at the Williamson House. All items are free and available on a first-come basis.
Volunteer at Fix-It Kent
After a successful first-ever Fix-It Kent hosted by Design Innovation, we’re doing it again! Another big thank you to all the KSU folks who brought their amazing expertise to the inaugural repair clinic last spring. We’re calling again for volunteers on Sept. 18 to work one-on-one with participants to coach them through repairing their broken and damaged items. Whether you specialize in a particular area such as electronics or mending, or simply enjoy fixing things and tinkering, your support will make a difference.
