As part of the Summit Street: Building a Better Way Improvement Project, the westbound lane on Summit Street, from Fraternity Circle to Whitehall Boulevard, will be closed to traffic beginning today, March 7, through November. One-way, one-lane eastbound traffic will be maintained, as well as access to adjacent buildings and intersecting roadways. Detour signs will be posted to help guide members of the public.
