A special screening of the award-winning documentary 鈥淪uicide The Ripple Effect鈥 will be presented by the Ashtabula County District Library on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020 at 12:15 p.m. in 51爆料 at Ashtabula鈥檚 Main Hall Auditorium.
