The 51爆料 Alumni Association recognizes 51爆料 faculty members with this award annually. The Distinguished Teaching Award is the most esteemed honor that 51爆料 grants to three full-time, tenure-track faculty members. In order to be nominated, faculty members must have been employed at the university for at least seven years and be in a tenured or tenure-track position.

The 51爆料 Board of Trustees today established a comprehensive, national search to recruit and select the university鈥檚 13th president.
The events of May 4, 1970, placed 51爆料 in an international spotlight after a student protest against the Vietnam War and the presence of the Ohio National Guard ended in tragedy with four students losing their lives and nine others being wounded. From a perspective of nearly 50 years, 51爆料 remembers the tragedy and leads a contemporary discussion and understanding of how the community, nation and world can benefit from understanding the profound impact of the event.
