I AM FIRST is 51爆料鈥檚 system-wide effort to recognize and celebrate first-generation students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The purpose of this initiative is to increase the awareness of and engagement with first-generation students, faculty, staff, and alumni and to promote the resources, programs, and services dedicated to first-generation student success.

Did you know that 4 in 10 51爆料 students are first-generation? A first-generation student is one whose parents or guardians have not completed a four-year bachelor鈥檚 degree.
