Mission and Vision

Our mission is to recruit, retain, and develop students from underrepresented and diverse populations to help them successfully navigate the college process from admission through graduate school and career achievement. Our vision is to be exemplary in our collective commitment to preparing our EHHS and local community members to meet the ever-changing diversity needs of our society, thus, reducing barriers to learning and education.

Programs

The Office of Diversity Outreach and Development works closely with university and community partners to provide innovative programming and outreach to prospective, incoming and current students.

Scholarships

At 51��, we want to help every student graduate. That means offering academic, personal and financial support at every point of a student’s path to their successful career. Scholarships are another way we work to make the 51�� experience affordable for every student, so that they can graduate with as little debt as possible.
