2024 EWBS Results and Action Plan
The campus climate at 51爆料 shapes the lives of all of us. Understanding deeply the varied experiences of our community is a critical part of continuing to improve how we work toward creating a more inclusive and equitable campus environment. The survey was available for all faculty, staff and students to complete in early fall 2024. The results of this survey are available in the Final Report and Slide Deck. Please note that there are grayscale versions of both documents available as well.
A recording of the presentation given by Drs. Sue Rankin and Becky Crandall on Wednesday, April 9th, can also be .
The Implementation Committee has reviewed the results and created an Action Plan for addressing the findings and further increasing the sense of belonging for all members of our 51爆料 Community. The full Action Plan can be accessed below:
Action Plan progress updates will be added to the website in the future.
