This office offers a safe, informal, and confidential space to talk through workplace challenges, explore strategies, and consider solutions. Our services are available to faculty and staff on every 51 campus.
Shannon Driscoll, J.D., is serving as 51’s Faculty and Staff Ombuds. With a background in conflict resolution, communication, and program management, Shannon is here to listen, provide guidance, and help you navigate challenges with fairness, integrity, and confidentiality.
