The Learning and Development team is pleased to bring you Foundations in Communications on June 12, and Foundations in Communications: Supervisors on June 18. Using group discussion, self-reflection, and scenario-based role play, participants will have an opportunity to see, hear, evaluate and refine commonly employed verbal and non-verbal communication strategies.
