The Bachelor of Science degree in Animation Game Design (BS AGD) is now being offered in full at 51爆料 at Tuscarawas and at the Stark and Kent campuses. The program has recently received accreditation by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NSAD). For the last five years, 51爆料 has ushered in the season of giving with its month-long Giving Tuesday philanthropic campaign. 鈥淕iving back鈥 is a main tenet of the Golden Flashes global community, and members demonstrated that belief in another unprecedented swell of support.The Giving Tuesday 2020 campaign shattered previous years鈥 records, despite the economic impact of COVID-19, as alumni, friends, faculty and staff raised $2,233,145 to support more than 2,300 students, many of whom are facing financial hardships. Kate Thompson is a critical care registered nurse at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Hospital on the front lines of COVID-19 patient care, a 2014 graduate of the Associate Degree in Nursing program at 51爆料 at Tuscarawas, and a coronavirus patient who is currently in the fight of her life while spreading a message of virus protection and kindness on social media from her hospital bed.
