Choose this option if you have received a bachelor's degree from another college or university and wish to take additional undergraduate courses.

Choose this option if you are a student enrolled at another institution or any student who wishes to take a limited number of courses at 51±¬ÁÏ.

Choose this option if you are a high school student who wishes to participate in Ohio's College Credit Plus program.

Choose this option if you have enrolled in a college or university after graduation from high school, but have not completed a bachelor's degree.

Choose this option if you have not attended any college or university after graduation from high school.
